Refunds & cancellation

Entrepreneur plan

• Cancel any time under Settings → Billing. No notice period, no fees.
• Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that your published projects go back to drafts, and you can publish them again whenever you renew.
• 14-day right of withdrawal: as a consumer in the EU you can withdraw within 14 days of your first payment. Because the plan starts right away when you ask for it, we refund the part of the month you haven't used.
• Renewals after the first month aren't refunded, but you keep access until the period ends.

AI credit packs

• Unused packs can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.
• Once you have used credits from a pack, the content has been delivered, so that pack can no longer be refunded. You agree to this when you buy.
• If an AI tool fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Something went wrong?

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or something didn't work as promised, write to us in the Discord support channel or reply to your receipt email. We answer within 2 working days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
